JudoJudo is a form of martial arts that originated in Japan from the martial arts form known as jujutsu. Its meaning in Japanese is, gentle way. Opponents try to gain over each other by giving way to an attack instead of by sparring with force. Balance is of the utmost importance in this form of martial arts.
